Job Title - Sr. Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic Sales and Marketing team within the real estate industry.
Requirements:-
Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate industry.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and industry regulations.
Experience in Offline marketing strategies, digital marketing and online sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Strong leadership with handling multiple projects, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:-
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve company sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, real estate agents, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs, generating regular reports and implementing strategies to optimize sales processes.
Provide exceptional customer service, address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure our team's knowledge is current and relevant.
