Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, builders, and channel partners.
Identify, onboard, and manage new real estate projects and inventory in the assigned locations.
Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with developers to secure inventory.
Analyze market trends, project performance, and competitor activities to optimize sourcing strategies.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a steady flow of property options for clients.
Meet sourcing and business development targets within specified timelines.
