Strategic Prospecting & Business Development:- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale clients.- Lead high-level prospecting efforts and oversee the generation of qualified leads.Sales Leadership & Team Management:- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance oversight.- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Establish and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.- Lead negotiations and contract discussions for high-value deals.Pipeline Management & Forecasting:- Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role.- Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.- In-depth knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or logistics sectors.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
