JOB TITLE: SENIOR SALES MANAGER (LAP)-DSACTC: 10 LPALocation: Kanjurmarg-W, MumbaiExperience Required: Minimun 2 Years of Team Handling experienceOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Sales Manager, Loan Against Property (LAP).The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading our LAP division, overseeing all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth and profitability of our LAP portfolio while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve LAP lending targets & business objectives.Lead the LAP origination process, including identifying potential borrowers, evaluating loan applications, and structuring loan deals.Manage a team of LAP professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including borrowers, brokers, real estate agents, and legal advisors.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best prices.Qualifications:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience LAP lending in managerial or leadership role.Strong understanding of LAP lending principles, credit analysis, and risk management practices.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
