Looking for Sales Manager for agricultural division : Location- Dalhousie Role & responsibilities: - Full responsibility for the sales in West Bengal and other states - Supervise and manage the operational business and ensure the achievement of the defined targets including the yearly sales budget. - Responsibility for the sales planning and the outstanding management. - Knowledge of spare parts of agriculture Knapsack sprayer like battery, motor, charger , battery holder, horse pipe , nozzles, trigger, lance , pump kit, etc - Develop a roadmap for future growth option, align with the management and implement this roadmap. - Leading all sales teams on a day-to-day business by creating an excellent interpersonal relationship. Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 3 to 5 years\' experience in Agricultural sector - Experience in leading people in different hierarchical set-up - Bachelor/master\'s degree in agriculture, MBA preferred - Fluent in English, Hindi and min one more local language - Willingness to travel intensively in the assigned Zone - Self-Motivated and should be able to plan and execute business strategies for growth - Strategic thinking combined with an operational excellence in the everyday tasks - Strong commercial spirit and sales orientation - Creative thinking, solution provider and result oriented - Ability to cope with last minute changes and requests, crisis - Very good skills with MS Office (Word, Power Point and Excel) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb945,000.00 per month Schedule:
