Who has experience in dealing with Chro\'s L&d Heads and HR Heads.- Look for candidates who have experience in the domestic industry. Even if it\'s 50% domestic work.- He/She should be okay with IC Role.- A person should not have experience with IT Sales.- A person should be okay to work from the office for all 5 days.
