Overview: Money Masterz is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager (Insurance) to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in both life insurance and general insurance, demonstrating a strong ability to manage and grow our insurance portfolio. This role requires a proactive leader who can join our team within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the company's life and general insurance products. Ensure comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of insurance professionals to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve business objectives.
• Compliance: Ensure all insurance activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on insurance portfolio performance, sales metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline insurance operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the insurance sector, with a strong background in both life insurance and general insurance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in insurance management are a plus.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of life and general insurance products.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure. A strong ethical compass and commitment to integrity.
• Other Requirements: Must have personal conveyance for commuting.
