Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a dynamic team of travel executives. Provide strong guidance, support, and mentorship to deliver optimal performance.
Identify and target potential corporate clients to expand the company\'s portfolio.
Analyze market trends and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.
Strong expertise in MICE and corporate travel management.
Curate and execute strategies and collaborate with teams to promote incentive tours and MICE to corporate clients.
Conduct regular training sessions for subordinates to enhance their skills, knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Identify potential risks related to sales operations and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients.
Participate and engage in meetings with team members and present a consolidated report of updates.
