KOGLAND is a start-up offering a B2B online marketplace platform connecting medical

consumable & devices distributors and manufacturers with healthcare providers i.e., hospitals,

clinics, etc. We are a healthcare provider's preferred one-stop online surgical store for all their

medical & healthcare supply requirements.


### Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Sales Manager - Dental located in HQ, Kochi, Kerala. It

is a PAN-India role with the responsibility for leading sales strategies, initiatives, and growth for

all dental product categories at KOGLAND i.e. 3M, Septodont, Kulzer, IMDSL, Neelkanth,

Otsuka, MANI etc. The role also includes building partnerships, developing a sales strategy, and

driving revenue growth through the sale of dental products and services across India.


### Roles & responsibilities:

• Build strong partnerships and negotiate contracts with new vendors, brands and suppliers.
• Designing and implementation of growth strategies for sales.
• Increase the margins for the company by increasing the share of direct sales to end users i.e. dentists, without losing market share of resellers/sub-dealers.
• Ability to analyse market trends and data to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

### Skillsets Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to speak Malayalam and English well (Hindi would be an advantage).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing a sales budget and forecasting sales projections.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for healthcare and a desire to improve healthcare services and access for all.
• Should be comfortable working with resellers and sub-dealers across the country.
• Should have excellent team management skills.




Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership in the dental industry or healthcare industry.
