Purpose Of this Role: To generate business through agents and activities : 1. Recruitment of the New agents and engaging with the existing agents 2. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents 3. Ensuring the agent productivity and activation 4. Product Training to agent and agent\xe2\x80\x99s life cycle management 5 Brand development by conducting sales campaigns 6 Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction 7 Ensuring meeting of the goal sheet targets month on month basis Job Type: Full-time Salary: 350,000.00 - 475,000.00 per year Schedule:
