Key Responsibilities
• Dealer & Distributor Network Development :
• Identify, onboard, and manage dealers and distributors to expand the company's sales network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Sales and Revenue Generation :
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting solar products through the dealer and distributor channel.
• Drive sales through effective communication of product benefits and value propositions.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management for product and pricing strategies.
• Product Training and Support :
• Train dealers and distributors on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of solar products.
• Offer pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promotional Activities :
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, and events with dealers to boost sales.
• Provide marketing materials and support to enhance dealer visibility and sales performance.
• Order Management :
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of orders to dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure seamless operations.
• Reporting and Documentation :
• Maintain accurate records of dealer performance, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Prepare regular sales reports for review with the Sales Manager.

Pay: ?11,491.88 - ?42,000.00 per month
