Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team specializing in the sales of laminates and plywood . The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, expanding customer relationships, and achieving company sales targets in the market for laminated products and plywood. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in building materials sales who thrives in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for laminates and plywood products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, designers, contractors, and dealers.
• Promote products through product presentations, demonstrations, and samples to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the laminates and plywood industry.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for strategic business planning.
• Analyze customer feedback and market demands to identify new sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and prospects.
• Prepare regular reports for sales meetings and ensure timely follow-ups on client inquiries.
• Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
• Stay knowledgeable about the technical specifications, features, and benefits of laminates and plywood products.
• Provide guidance and information to customers about product features, applications, and maintenance.
• Continuously develop and improve knowledge of the industry through training and seminars.
• Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage stock levels.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term customer loyalty.
• Maintain and develop loyalty programs for customers.
• Needs to achieve monthly business targets.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials, plywood, or laminate industry.
• Knowledge :
• Strong understanding of plywood, laminates, and related products.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies within the building materials or interior design sectors.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications of products is a plus.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Other :
• Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events.
• A customer-centric mindset and passion for sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with architects, interior designers, and construction contractors.
• Established network within the laminate and plywood industries.
• Knowledge of both residential and commercial market segments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
