Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to expand our client base, champion the sales of our innovative green solutions, and build lasting partnerships with customers. Collaborating closely with our design and operations teams, you will craft and deliver tailored solutions that transform workplaces into sustainable, inspiring green spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategically Expand the Client Base : Design and implement targeted sales strategies to grow and diversify Hyderabad Flora's B2B clientele.
Drive Business Growth : Identify, engage, and onboard potential corporate clients by showcasing Hyderabad Flora's innovative green solutions and their measurable benefits.
Build Lasting Partnerships : Cultivate and nurture long-term client relationships to maximize repeat business, secure referrals, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Lead Compelling Sales Presentations : Deliver customized, persuasive presentations to key decision-makers, demonstrating how our green solutions transform corporate spaces into sustainable sanctuaries.
Close High-Value Deals : Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements that balance client needs with company goals.
Ensure Seamless Execution : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely, high-quality project delivery, exceeding customer expectations and fostering satisfaction.
What Success Looks like
30 Days:
• Completed onboarding and gained a clear understanding of Hyderabad Flora's offerings, target market, and sales tools.
• Built an initial list of at least 20 prospective clients through market research and networking.
• Conducted 5 introductory meetings or presentations with potential clients to introduce Hyderabad Flora's value proposition.
• Aligned with internal teams (design and operations) to understand project workflows and delivery expectations.
45 Days:
• Established ongoing communication with 10 qualified leads, identifying their needs and aligning them with Hyderabad Flora's solutions.
• Delivered 3-4 tailored presentations to decision-makers, demonstrating how Hyderabad Flora can meet their business needs.
• Secured verbal commitments or advanced discussions with at least 2 prospective clients for potential deals.
• Identified 1-2 quick-win opportunities to close small or pilot projects for immediate revenue generation.
60 Days:
• Closed 1-2 client accounts, achieving measurable progress toward quarterly sales targets.
• Strengthened the sales pipeline with 10 active prospects at different stages of the sales funnel.
• Collaborated with internal teams to initiate the first project for a new client, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with client expectations.
• Provided feedback on market trends and client responses to refine sales strategies and presentations.
90 Days:
• Secured 3-4 new corporate client accounts, contributing significantly to revenue growth.
• Built strong relationships with 5-6 key clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
• Contributed to a 10-12% increase in revenue within the first quarter through proactive and strategic sales efforts.
• Developed a reputation for reliability and expertise within the target market, creating opportunities for referrals and repeat business.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in horticultural solutions or B2B solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; fluency in Hindi and Telugu is preferred.
• Ability to actively listen and understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
