Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative with a strong background in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in jewellery sales, a deep understanding of market trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Senior Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
• Drive sales by effectively promoting and selling our jewellery products to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including the latest collections and trends in the jewellery industry.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
• Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to management on customer preferences and market demands.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Assist in training new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Sales Reporting:
• Monitor and report on sales performance, setting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the jewellery industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery products, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Jewelry sales: 5 years (Preferred)
