Role Summary:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing leads across multiple channels (tele-calls, direct calls, WhatsApp messages, emails) while providing a seamless experience for walk-in clients at the Aiwo center. Your role will involve guiding prospective clients through our services, addressing their needs, and ensuring they leave with a positive impression of Aiwo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Lead Management:
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and close sales.
• Outbound Lead Generation:
• Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and messages to present Aiwo's offerings.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of outbound leads, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
• Walk-in Client Management:
• Attend to clients visiting the Aiwo center, ensuring they are greeted warmly and assisted effectively.
• Provide detailed information about Aiwo's services, addressing their inquiries and recommending suitable programs.
• Manage the customer journey at the center, from initial inquiry to closing the sale or booking a consultation.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting:
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead and client management, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve the customer experience and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles. Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English and Tamil ; proficiency in Hindi is a strong advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple communication channels (calls, WhatsApp, email) and in-person interactions effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales tracking tools.
• Qualities:
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
