ROLE: senior sales executive

SALES EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years' experience in relevant field / expertise to handled medical device and Equipment (preferably dermatology/Plastic Surgery/Cosmetology/Orthopedic /Capital Equipment as well Capital Consumable experience)
Need potential candidates who is capable of achieving our sales targets and should be convenient for frequent travelling's.
Candidate should travel to other locations as and when required for training/conference or for meeting any important clients if required; Candidate should have experience in meeting doctors on daily basis.
QUALIFICATION: - Any Graduation.
GENDER: Male.
AGE: 45 or below 45.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time (no part time/dual employment works encouraged)
REQUIREMENT: Immediate/within 15 days

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales & Marketing of various types of Medical Equipment's such as PRP Kit, PRF Kit SVF Kit, Fat Transfer Device and Other Injectable.

Responsibilities:
Operate as Company's sales representative in the assigned territories and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
Implement sales strategy of the Management and maintain strong relationships with customers, and consistently report their feedback to Management.
Keep accurate and timely record in Company's CRM system of all sales calls, sales meetings, customer feedback, and follow up on enquiries to provide good customer service.
Conduct market research, give feedback on market trends, obtain information about competition, products, prices, and sales and marketing strategies of assigned sales territories.
Complete weekly sales planning and reporting.
Coordinate exhibitions, conduct workshops, product training and demonstrations to customers including medical professionals, doctors, and nurses in assigned territories.
Generate new customer leads through self-created and assigned sales opportunities on regular basis.
Train new and existing sales team members on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
Follow up with surgeons for post-surgery feedback.
