•Responsibilities:•
- Lead and manage the sales process, engaging with potential and existing customers in English, Tamil, and Hindi to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products and services to high-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the engineering, product development, and marketing teams to stay updated on the latest products and technologies and to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist customers in the implementation and integration of our products into their systems, ensuring successful product adoption.
- Provide post-sales technical support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Identify deal-breaking factors and work to mitigate them, ensuring the successful closing of sales.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including the number of conversions per month, aiming for a minimum of [specific number] conversions.
•Requirements:•
- Fluent in English, Tamil, and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
- Extensive experience in a technical sales role or a similar senior position.
