Toknow more about us, please visit -Job Title / Designation: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - STATEThe Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for establishing partnerships with coaching institutions (JEE, NEET, etc.), schools, and colleges to source potential leads for Seamedu's programs in Media, Management, and Technology. The role will focus on identifying high-impact localized events to generate leads and collaborating with the centralized calling team to ensure successful conversions and achievement of admission goals. :Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and colleges to generate leads for Seamedu's programs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to source student data from institutions across the state.
  • Identify and participate in local events, fairs, and exhibitions to create brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Identify and onboard channel partners to facilitate admissions and expand reach.
  • Work closely with the centralized calling team to ensure effective lead conversion and achieve admission targets.
  • Maintain and track lead data and provide regular updates to the Sales Head.
  • Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing and outreach efforts.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3-5 yearsLocation(s) of Job: RemoteThis position is open for candidates from Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Ahmedabad, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal , Jharkhand, Orissa, Assam, Karnataka.Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Any Other Skill Set:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel across the state for institutional tie-ups and events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
.Compensation:
  • Fixed salary plus attractive incentives based on admissions generated through sourced data.
