Responsibilities:

• Identify and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Research and analyze sales options
• Establish and maintain client and prospect relationships
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors, suggesting improvements or new products
• Collect and analyze data, prepare sales reports
• Attend workshops to enhance skills
• Build and maintain professional networks
• Meet potential clients to understand their needs

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the pump industry (B2C/B2B)
• Bachelor\'s degree / MBA / B.Tech
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of marketing techniques
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
