Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Sales will play a crucial role in driving the sales efforts for our real estate projects in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This position requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can contribute to the growth of the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and provide project information.
• Sales Execution : Actively engage in the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to convert leads into sales.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation.
• Stay informed about relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bangalore.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
