Job Description

Senior Sales Executive Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and meetings to network and promote our products.- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.Requirements :- Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Executive or similar role in the powder coating or related industry.- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.- Strong understanding of powder coating processes and equipment.- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience\'s needs.- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.- Willingness to travel as required.- Making and reporting weekly/ monthly and quarterly reportsSkills :- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- High degree of professionalism and ethical approach in negotiations.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Microsoft business suite knowledge (ref:updazz.com)
