Responsible for increasing Direct - Sales at a site to achieve sales targets. Responsible for all direct & channel partners\' enquiries. Attend walk-in customers and perform demonstrations and site visits for them with utmost customer experience. Give feedback calls to customers and ensure to update the same in the walk-in report. Should be excellent in negotiation and closing the deals. Do regular follow-ups with customers to ensure closure. Crafting sales strategies to ensure all sales plans and targets are executed. Ensure an end-to-end booking process with a collection of the initial booking amount. Understand and keep abreast with the competition and their activities related to current pricing, offers and sales strategy. Achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while striving toward maximizing sales for the organization. Primary responsibility includes Organizing, Planning, controlling, and Implementing (real - estate) project-specific sales. Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective brokers & their buyers Coordinate site visits with prospective brokers and their buyers and enables deal closure. Motivating Broker partners to close sales Identifying new client opportunities through brokers in the market and making available property databases of the area. Catering to clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal visits Must have experience in real estate closing sales, attending clients at the site, and closing the deal. Experience/Qualification/Skills Education: Min. Graduate, MBA preferred. Min 5 Years of work experience in the Real Estate industry. Excellent market knowledge. Excellent understanding of the product and pricing bands should possess knowledge on area calculations and other technicalities related to building construction.
