Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at Replay International Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
• Product Presentation : Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers, tailoring pitches to client needs.
• Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks.
• Negotiation & Closing : Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Reporting & Feedback : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
