Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Vikings Property Advisors, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering relationships with potential clients. You will be the face of the company, showcasing premium real estate projects and assisting clients in finding their dream properties. Your expertise and dedication will directly contribute to the company's growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and sell real estate properties from our portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Conduct property site visits, provide detailed project information, and address client inquiries.
• Collaborate with builders and developers to stay updated on project details, offers, and pricing.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure a seamless and professional client experience from inquiry to closing.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Graduation preferred with an experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Along with English and Marathi.
• Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
