Job responsibilities:

• Ability to engage with potential international customers via marketplaces as well as direct inquiries. Maintain relations with existing international buyers and meet their demands.
• Ability to create marketing collaterals for better communication as well as promotions via email, social media, and marketplaces.
• Discover and evaluate new business possibilities either as new products, new concepts, or new projects through market research.
• Exchange market information and update the market developments and the scenario in India
• Undertake partner and plant visits for a deeper understanding of business and partners
• Attend conferences and conventions to maintain the presence of NCI in the market.
• Formulate Marketing strategies for long-term sustenance and development of business.
• Follow quality management processes for the chemical department.
• Report on sales and profit evolution at least once a month during the closure of the month.
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
• Create a broad base of new business opportunities/projects and customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to help projects successfully cross the finish line
• Lead negotiation on pricing agreements, manage credit, customer contracts, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts & distributors
• Develop & Deliver internal and customer presentations
• Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, proposals, presentations, and maintaining sales databases.
• Ensure the processing of orders from initiation to fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.

Job requirements:

• The ideal candidate should be good in coordination and develop good interpersonal skills on domestic as well as international level.
• Maintain good cordial relationship with clients.
• Should be very well versed with MS Office tools i.e. Word, Excel.
• Excellent with Excel functions like Vlookup, Pivot, etc. and maintain data / documentation on timely basis.
• He should be good with planning and prioritizing work activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
