From Instagram strategies and website design to video production and influencer marketing - they bring creative ideas to life.Role Overview:They are looking for a smart, sharp, and well-networked Sales Executive who understands how to sell digital and creative services like web development, social media retainers, and video content. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a creative or digital agency and a knack for converting conversations into clients.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through outbound strategies, networking, and referrals.- Pitch the services - social media retainers, website development, and video production - to prospective clients.- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable content solutions.- Prepare and present proposals, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.- Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, content) for pitch support and handover.- Track all sales activity and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Requirements:- 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales role at a digital/creative agency.- Proven ability to sell services like websites, social media marketing, and video production.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape.- Must be based in Mumbai and open to working from our Andheri office 2-3 times a week.- Bonus: A ready network of clients or decision-makers in the content/digital space.Perks:- Hybrid work setup with in-person collaboration in Andheri- Creative freedom and collaborative team- Attractive performance-based incentives- Scope to grow into a senior sales/BD role (ref:updazz.com)
