Ekayain Real Estate is seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a strong passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, while delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
• Utilize various marketing strategies to attract potential clients.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of motivation and a results-oriented approach.
• Must have two wheeler with valid license
