We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive - Leasing to join our team.

As a Leasing Sales Executive at Diwan Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our portfolio in Gurgaon market. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close real estate transactions particularly residential leasing.
• Maintain and update client databases and records.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly focused, resilient, and hardworking.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
