Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Tele Calling Sales Executives with 1 to 2 years of experience in selling services, preferably in training and consulting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our training and consulting services.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various channels (phone calls, emails, social media, etc.).
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Present and explain the benefits of our services to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for meeting sales goals.

Requirements :

• 1 to 2 years of experience in tele-calling sales, preferably in training or consulting services.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
