Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist our Sales department in generating leads, identifying potential clients, and supporting the expansion of our customer base. Offers hands-on experience in financial sales and client relationship management, ideal for individuals seeking a career in Sales and Marketing business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and customer segments.

- Maintain good relationship with Real Estate Brokers, Builders, Construction Companies.

- On field sales Manager, to generate leads go to market and explain our products to Business Operating People etc.. It was completely target based job.

- Assist in generating leads through calls, emails, and digital marketing.

- Support the development of proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

- Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.

- Assist in organizing and tracking sales activities, maintaining customer data, and ensuring timely follow-up.

- Collaborate with the team on various campaigns and initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of financial products and services (preferred but not mandatory).

- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Duration & Benefits:

- Duration: 11 months, with the possibility of extension or full-time offer based on performance.

- Salary: 8,000/- to 12,000/- per monthly plus performance-based incentives.

- Learning & Exposure: Gain real-world experience in financial services, client acquisition, and business development strategies.
