JDA. Sales:- Meeting Sales Targets in the assigned region
- Meeting Clients, Following up on all Sales Leads for Projects; Coordinating with the client for all clarifications
- Meeting potential leads and making strong presentations about the benefits, and ROI of Solar; Validating leads
- Coordinating with the Design Team for sending proposals and follow-up
- Coordinating bank finance for the client with a local bank, or financial institutionB. Business Development:- Meeting industry associations, govt departments, etc to generate leads and interest; Arranging and giving presentations to the members of industry associations and getting them interested
- Meeting prospective leads and getting them interested in solar
- Meeting banks, regional industrial offices, and industry development boards to get lists of large industries in the region - Meeting selected architects, CA and engineers, and other companies who may give leads to prospective clients - Keeping track of events, and conferences in the assigned region and participating in themIndustry Preference Solar, Heavy engineering, project equipment (Mechanical or Electrical), or from related industry only.
FMCG/FMCD/ Retail/ Insurance/ Retail Banking (CASA) sales will not be entertained
Skills Required -Should be fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi -Open to travel the entire West Bengal -Data-driven -Good negotiation and convincing skills -Hunger for Sales -Proactive -Tech Savvy -Proficient in MS Office Suite
