Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Management:
• Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
• Provide clients with accurate information about the market, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Sales and Negotiations:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and profitable outcome for all parties.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
• Networking and Business Development:
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, agents, and developers.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and client interactions.
• Use CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
