Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales? Birdhouse is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Present and promote our Real Estate and Rental Accommodation to prospective clients.

Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and deliver sales reports, proposals, and presentations.

Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Knowledge of Real Estate is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
