We are looking for a candidate for "Business Development/Sr. Salas Executive profile" for one of IT Company based in Gandhinagar.
Key Responsibilities:
? Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for acquiring new customers and expanding existing business opportunities.
? Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure continuous professional development.
? Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored IT solutions.
? Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales revenue targets and KPIs through strategic sales planning, pipeline management, and proactive client engagement.
? Market & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product portfolio to effectively sell and position solutions to clients.
? Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies, attending industry events and conferences, and leveraging digital channels to attract leads.
? Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively communicating the value proposition of our company's solutions.
? Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and report regularly on sales progress, forecasts, and pipeline health to senior management.
? Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to drive new business opportunities.
? Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, including pricing discussions, terms, and conditions to ensure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications & Skills:
? Education: Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
? Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
? Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in IT solutions, software, or services.
? Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team to deliver results.
? Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and decision-makers.
? Customer Focused: Strong customer-oriented approach, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
? Negotiation & Closing: Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
? Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform strategy and decision-making.
? Technical Acumen: A good understanding of technology products, software solutions, or IT services is preferred.
