Job Title: Sales Executive/Sr. Sales ExecutiveDepartment: General Trade:- Achievement of Sales Target (Primary and Secondary) for the assigned territory - Handling distributors for the territory and ensure retail coverage as per beat plan. - Ensure adherence to PJP for market visit and defined system apps for order capturing. Drive all schemes effectively in the market. - To ensure all customer queries are attended timely. - To ensure all distributor claims are submitted and settled on time. - To ensure visibility/displays in the market as per plan. - Track competition activities in the market and report the same. - Driving new product launches in the market - Stock management at distributor level - Identification of new distributor in towns in case of coverage gap - Train distributors and their staff, to ensure they have adequate knowledge of our products. - Visiting Specifiers/Influencers to promote our products.
