Job Summary:
MMT Acoustix seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our acoustic products and solutions, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be vital in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our acoustic products and services to communicate their benefits to customers effectively.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to inform sales strategies.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the acoustic or construction industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of acoustic products and soundproofing solutions.
• Experience in B2B sales and account management.
• Familiarity with the New Delhi market and local business landscape.
