Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and lead generation. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Track and analyze sales data, providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to anticipate changing needs and adapts sales strategies accordingly. Experience & Education: 3+ years of experience in sales or export industry. Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or electrical background. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [X] years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
