Senior Sales Executive, BKK
### Reports To
Country Manager, IndoChina
### Key Accountability
• To sell products and promotions prepared by Revenue Management and monitor the sales of travel agents, by providing service and support related to FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and groups movement, conducting product briefings.
• To participate actively in travel trade and consumer fairs.
• To collect insights regarding OALs (Other Airlines) strategy and analyse sales data from Business Intelligence and perform quarterly review with all account coverage.
• To be liaison between Travel Trade and relevant Malaysia Airlines Business Unit (revenue management, airport operation and customer service) in resolving problems arise from daily operation.
• To develop and strengthen networking with the key decision makers within the Travel Agencies, including organizing MH related events and activities.
• Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs. (Flight Plan and other sales project).
• Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit key potential agents.
• Represent organization at product seminars promote airlines.
• Manage corporate accounts and key customers.
• Research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry.
• To do sales performance analysis for sales team create initiative to achieve target set up.
• Lead and prepare proposal for management approval for strategic partnerships (E.g. CUG / SME /Corporate contract).
• Supervise sales executive and sales support executive to work with the SOP following.
### Qualifications & Working Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Thailand.
• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the corporate sector in Thailand.
• Certification in Aviation Business/Business Sales, Marketing.

• Strong understanding of the Thailand market and corporate sector, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
