  • Proven leadership abilities to drive a sales team
  • Expertise in Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Market Analysis techniques
  • Knowledge of Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Ability to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs)
  • Keen observation skills
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Connecting with prospective customers
  • Meeting customers on-site or in the office
  • Following up on leads
  • Experience in selling Luxurious products
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and HNIs
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Negotiate deals and contracts effectively
