About Us: M/s. Harshal Electrical Installation Works & Consultant is a leading provider of high-quality LED lighting products and electrical panel boards. We specialize in innovative lighting solutions such as LED COB Downlights, Panel Lights, Cylinder Lights, Street Lights, and Flood Lights. Our electrical panel boards include Power Distribution Boards, Automatic Power Factor Correction Panels, Motor Control Centres, and Fire Pump Control Panels. Our commitment is to deliver top-notch products that meet the needs of our clients in the real estate industry and beyond.

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 3-4 years of experience in selling LED lighting products and electrical panel boards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully closing big deals and a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including electrical contractors, architects, and interior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients in the real estate sector for LED lighting products and electrical panel boards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with electrical contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.
• Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of sales experience in the LED lighting and electrical panel boards industry.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
• Strong network within the real estate industry, including connections with electrical contractors, architects, and interior designers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
