Be responsible for the Profit and Loss of business in Tamilnadu, Karnataka and Kerala.
Develop the business within the defined business territory, with the objective of giving all products the best chance in the market
Assure success in the ambition to grow market share and increase consolidated profitability
Continuously develop southern states with the aim of increasing sales and service performance and to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Conduct forecast review meetings (C4C) and debt collection update meeting with Business Line Manager.
Ensure optimum behaviour and performance of business with the region acting as first point of escalation of business resolution issues.
Interact with the VIN (Industrial Vacuum) team to support the development of synergies, the consolidated results of the region and the performance of the Business Area allotted.
Responsible for handling regional sales engineers and a co-ordinate with head office Management.
Manage distributors and brand management as appropriate
Lead, motivate and coach the local sales engineers and channel partner engineers towards continuous success
Ensure that the requirements of the statutory legislation, government regulations and Edwards policies are applied.

What we expect of you?
Education and experience levels
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical with previous sales experience in compressors. Preference will be given if the candidate completed MBA or Executive MBA.
Relevant Previous Experience:
Proven track record in sales and marketing with Sound commercial awareness with min 10 years\' experience influencing, presentation and negotiation skills High commercial and technical experience to command
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English. High preference will be given if the candidate can speak (Kannada and Telugu) or (Kannada and Tamil). Language Hindi is desirable but not essential
