Senior Sales Consultant The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a person\'s face, age, profession, personality and expectations. Responsibilities :- Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage - Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling - Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation - Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis - Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basisQualifications and Skills : - Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business - Preferred age : 32 years and above - 5+ years\' of sales consulting and business intelligence experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work - Customer service approach (ref:updazz.com)
