Job Description


We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This position is available at a Clarivate office in Hyderabad. Part of the Global Sales Operations team this role reports to the Director of Sales Operations. This role is a high-impact role responsible for driving the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) sales enablement initiatives and embedding technologies to automate sales processes and initiatives. This role will help architect, implement, and oversee programs that increase sales team productivity, effectiveness, and agility in a rapidly evolving market landscape. The role demands a seasoned professional with a blend of good business acumen, project management excellence, and a deep understanding of how technology can be leveraged to enhance sales outcomes.About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar analytical role within a demanding environment, including experience in global capacity.
  • Bachelors degree in business, Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar advantageous
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with salespeople and other support stakeholders at managerial level of the organization.
  • Proficiency in BI and Data Science tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
It would be great if you also had
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to take data and turn it into actionable insights and selling stories.
  • Competitive mindset & Business results oriented: ability to perform, to deadlines and manage forecast.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What will you be doing in this role?
  • Evolve the analytics implementation to feed and drive the customization of internal dashboards and reports to meet business objectives and manage to best practices standards.
  • Support Sales Management team in diverse projects in the fields of business analytics, ad hoc data requests and data integration.
  • Utilizing data to create business cases and stories to allow the sales and operations to keep improving processes and business.
  • Undertaking work that is accurate and consistent at all times.
  • Understand the features and functionality of the various tools. Expert skills in salesforce reporting & dashboard, Power BI, Excel & Data Prep is a must.
  • Understand the integrations and system dependencies between tools and enterprise systems/services.
  • Understand potential impact of new tools/features/functions implementations.
  • Participate in different workstreams to develop programs across the sales organization to improve efficiencies, metrics and business overall.
  • Proactively deliver actionable insight into the business and support the sales teams on crafting bespoke strategies.
  • Able to manage and communicate daily and weekly performance vs targets including supporting business review & forecasting meetings, highlighting performance to plan, demand projections for future periods, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other functional areas such as, marketing, sales, products & finance to support the business performance.
