Job Summary: The Senior Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of E3 Hardware by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the hardware industry, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for E3 Hardware's products and services.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Serve as the lead point of contact for key accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand their requirements and present suitable product solutions.
• Business Development:
• Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and E3 Hardware.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
• Mentor and support junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools to track progress and manage client information.
