The focus of the products and technologies is to complete the care continuum in the \xe2\x80\x98out-of-hospital\xe2\x80\x99 space, enable seamless transitions for people as they move between different care setting and empower the care givers with actionable data and insights that can transform the way care is delivered.About the RoleThe Identity and Access Management Engineer will participate and support the activities across Identity Governance & Administration, Identity & Access Management \xe2\x80\x93 as well as having exposure to our whole Cyber Security practice. This role will be part of a new identity and access management team with focus on business requirement gathering and implementation of IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects and initiatives.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesWorking with the IAM program team on identifying and planning Identity Governance projectsWorking with the IAM team and the stakeholders to identify as-is business processes and requirements.Designing, developing, implementing, and running all IAM systemsIdentity Lifecycle ManagementIdentity Governance and AdministrationData Access GovernanceWork with business and technical stakeholders on the implementation and integration activitiesProvides change management support for IGA rollout and implementation steps/backout plansWork closely with the InfoSec team on identifying and implementing all security requirementsHelp business by integrating Tier 1 applications with IGA system and implementing Access Review, Access Request workflows.Lead IGA functional, integration and user acceptance testingDevelop GRC controls for Tier 1 application and lead IAM reporting to support audit processes.Ensure all compliance obligations are met and considered as part of the IAM solution deliveryWork with stakeholder on Data Access Governance for structured and unstructured data.Work with IAM Operation activities with the help IAM Managed Services team.Working experience on AD, Okta, Azure AD and Office 365 AAD Connect IAM.Position Specific Skills and CompetenciesDemonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity, required by the sensitive nature of the role.Demonstrate initiative and persistence in achieving goals.Manage conflicting priorities and unexpected situations with minimal supervision.Communicate with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse audiences.Participate as an engaged and value-adding member of the Global IT staff, and the IT Security TeamRespond to challenges and incidents with the appropriate level of urgencyPosition ChallengesCompetent to globally manage across multiple cultures and time zones.Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.Actively listen and develop robust solutions for new challenges and developments through their lifecycle.Required SkillsStrong understanding of IAM platforms and components.Experience with development in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Identity & Access Governance tool including end to end design and Implementation in medium-large scale organizations.A good understanding Joiner, Mover and Leaver Processes, Connector & Integration development, Access Certification and Access Request framework.Hands-On experience on Databases, Directories, REST and SOAP Web Services.Experience in managing complex projects and conflicting prioritiesTeam player working in a collaborative environment.Desired SkillsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in electrical engineering, systems engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, management information systems or equivalentA good understanding of AWS IAM Users, IAM Roles and policies.Strong working knowledge of IT service management including change, configuration, asset, incident, and problem management.Experience within a manufacturing firm in the healthcare industry.Working knowledge of ISO27001, ISO27002, Sarbanes Oxley, HIPPA, and similar security frameworks.Experience in Sailpoint File Access ManagerJoining us is more than saying \xe2\x80\x9cyes\xe2\x80\x9d to making the world a healthier place.
