We're searching for a Senior Developer who is passionate about creating innovative digital solutions and eager to contribute to our dynamic team.

Role:

As a Senior Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our core products and services. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, you will leverage your expertise to deliver high-quality software solutions that enhance our customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new features for our Ruby on Rails and React applications, ensuring robustness, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ideate and execute innovative features.
• Uphold high standards of code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Address performance issues and optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails and familiar libraries such as RSpec and Resque.
• Proficient understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with React for front-end development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, continuous integration, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.


Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with deployment and CI/CD processes using Heroku.
• Knowledge of payment platforms like Stripe.
• Experience integrating customer service software, such as Zendesk.
