:

We are seeking an experienced Infor Rhythm Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing Infor Rhythm solutions, helping clients enhance their digital customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Infor Rhythm solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and develop customizations, integrations, and extensions to meet client needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for digital customer engagement.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the Infor Rhythm platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Infor Rhythm implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest Infor Rhythm features and enhancements and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities.
• Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Infor Rhythm Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of 6+ years in implementing Infor solutions.
• Strong understanding of Infor Rhythm and its modules, including Commerce, Marketing, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
• Experience with integration tools and techniques, such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Proficient in database management and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Infor Rhythm certification.
• Experience with other Infor products and solutions, such as Infor M3, Infor LN, or Infor CloudSuite.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ?1,620,477.80 - ?2,462,199.51 per year
