Responsibilities: Constrain Supply Planning: Analyse and process unconstrained supply requests by applying constraints such as lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), capacity, and raw material availability. Deliver a viable, confirmed, constrained supply plan. Supply Confirmation KPIs: Ensure supply confirmations meet or exceed key performance indicators, maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness. Mitigation and Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analyses for any deviations from plans or unexpected changes. Develop and implement robust mitigation strategies to address and resolve these issues. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of supply plans, fostering strong interdepartmental synergy. Addressing Supply Constraints: Proactively evaluate and resolve supply and resource constraints, negotiating capacities and lead times with Sourcing teams and Vendors. Explore and identify cross-sourcing opportunities to optimize supply chain flexibility. Agility Programs: Identify products and markets that are candidates for agility programs.
