Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations of pediatric patients to diagnose illnesses and determine appropriate treatment plans.

Provide primary and specialized care to pediatric patients with various medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses.

Monitor and manage pediatric patients admitted to the hospital, overseeing their treatment progress and responding to any medical emergencies.

Collaborate with attending physicians, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient cases, treatment options, and further management plans.

Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and therapies as per established protocols and guidelines.

Educate patients' families about medical conditions, treatment procedures, and preventive measures to ensure proper patient care at home.

Lead and supervise junior medical staff, including residents and interns, providing guidance and support in their clinical activities.

Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and medical education activities to enhance professional development.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with medical and legal standards of documentation.

Adhere to all patient safety protocols, infection control measures, and hospital policies.

Requirement:

Qualification: MBBS, MD/DNB/ DCH

Experience: 0- 5Yr

Shift: Full/Part Time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?130,000.00 - ?170,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift
• Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
