The ideal candidate will have to perform in-vitro assays, such as permeability using MDCK cells, stability studies in different matrices including plasma, microsomal, hepatocytes, other invitro cell-based assays.Key Responsibilities:The candidate is responsible for conducting invitro metabolism and transporter assays involving multiple cell lines. Hands on and demonstrated troubleshooting experience in cell culture, trans-well assays. Development and validation of new ADME cell-based assays and technologies to support pre-clinical project team as and when required. He/she must work in a highly collaborative environment both within BBRC and across BMS teams. Regular communication must be maintained with BMS counterparts. Project support will be priority along with exploratory works. The candidate is expected to be able to write publications based on his/her work.Educational Qualification: MSc/M Pharm/M Tech with a minimum of 0-2 years\' experience in ADME and/or transporter assays.Must have: * Troubleshooting, development, and validation of new ADME cell-based assays and technologies to support pre-clinical project team
